Refund Policy:
At Define Digital Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Full Refund: If a student requests a refund within 7 days of course commencement, and has not attended more than one class, they are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.
- No Refund: After the 7-day period, or if the student attends more than one class, no refund will be issued.
- Special Considerations: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), students may submit a request for a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the administration.
- Refund Process:
- Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Cancellation Policy:
- Students may cancel their enrollment within 3 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or the official cancellation form.
- After this period, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
