Introduction:
By enrolling in any course at Define Digital Institute, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties (the institute and the student).
Course Enrollment:
- Enrollment in any course is subject to availability. All courses require full payment at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or deposit (if applicable).
- Students must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a guardian to enroll.
Payment Terms:
- Full payment must be made prior to the start of the course unless a payment plan has been arranged.
- All fees are non-transferable, and no refunds will be provided after the cooling-off period of 7 days post-enrollment.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
Course Content:
- All course materials, including lectures, notes, videos, and any other resources provided by the Institute, are the intellectual property of Define Digital Institute and are for personal use only.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Student Conduct:
- Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the course. Any behavior deemed disruptive (e.g., harassment, plagiarism) may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course without a refund.
- Students should attend classes regularly and complete course assignments on time.
Course Schedule & Modifications:
- Define Digital Institute reserves the right to modify the course schedule, delivery method (online/offline), or instructor in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for any changes or delays in the course schedule. Students will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
Limitation of Liability:
- Define Digital Institute’s liability for any claims related to the course is limited to the course fees paid by the student.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of course materials or attendance.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment after such amendments will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
