Define Digital Institute is a practical, hands-on digital marketing training institute based at Sanghvi Square, MG Road, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086, India. The technical development, hosting, and day-to-day management of this Website is carried out by Define Solutions Pvt. Ltd., our technology partner, on behalf of Define Digital Institute. References to "we"/"us"/"our" in these Terms refer to Define Digital Institute unless the context clearly relates to the Website's technical operation, in which case it refers to Define Solutions Pvt. Ltd. acting on our behalf.

- Course content, trainers, and schedules may be modified, or a batch may be rescheduled/merged, where reasonably necessary — we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students in advance of any such change.

- Certificates of completion are issued to students who meet the attendance and course-completion criteria communicated at the start of the course.
